I canceled the service on 3/17/10 and as of today's date, 5/01/10, I have not received my $100 refund, nor the courtesy of a phone call from anyone at this company giving me status of my refund. I sent in the cancellation along with the copy of the contract emailed to me as instructed by Dave and I still have not received anything. I have made numerous phone calls but they keep asking me to leave messages and someone would return my call. I have been calling consistently since 4/20/10 without anyone wanting to help me.
