I signed a contract and submitted my $495 to have a DJ for a church event 5 months in advance. Every time I called to make sure everything was on track JD & Ryan assured me that they would have a DJ for my event. Well they did not provide the dj. This was a church event. I called them almost daily trying to get my money back, of course they said they were behind, and then they mailed it and then well it will be in the mail. This has been 4 months now and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY REFUND. I complained to the BBB only to find out that they did not respond and that they have an F RATING with the BBB. A Sensory Sound System is just a sham that will take your money and not provide a DJ and will not live up to their so called guarantee and will not refund your money. I wish I had researched them before I sent them my $495. My only hope is that THEY WILL have to answer to a higher authority.
