Mondial Event Ticket Protector
Scam—will not refund money

We purchased some very expensive tickets several months ago and purchased the "Mondial Event Ticket Protector" insurance because these tickets were so expensive. A few days before the event, due to unfortunate circumstances, we could not attend the event.in calling Mondial, a girl told us all documentation we needed to submit (this included a notorized letter, the tickets, among a long form to fill out). We submitted ALL that was required only to get a phone call a few days later telling us we wouldn't bet getting our money back, and that this is decided on a "case by case basis."

I truly feel this company is a SCAM. Do not waste your money on this insurance, find someone reliable!
