Mondail assistance Sold me insurance on concert tickets then refused to pay up

I purchased concert tickets for Ozzy Osbourne. I was asked to buy insurance to cover the cost should ANTHING happen.

The night before the concert 2-9 it started snowing. It snowed 2 feet that night. Needless to say I was unable to get out to attend the concert.

I called event ticket protector the night of the concert. I told them the problem. They informed me that since the concert was not cancelled I was not entitled a refund. I argued with them but got nowhere.

The BBB tried to help me. They said the company had to offer me a refund that they could not enforce it due to them being an insurance company.
