Failure to Deliver Goods - Videography

I paid in full in advance for a Videographer for my wedding in Palm Beach on October 10. The videographer showed up and shot the footage.in November, after not hearing anything from this company, I started calling them to find out where my DVDs were. They refer me to a person named "Jeremy." I have left at least 10 voice mails for Jeremy since November and have called the sales office and asked for a manager to call me back. No one ever calls me back.

The actual videographer who shot my wedding emailed me that he had not been paid for his services and therefore did not provide Sensory Sound with the raw footage. I called Sensory Sound with this information and still - no return phone calls. No help. They took my money, didn't pay the Videographer, and didn't provide a video. This is my wedding footage... I can't get it back.
