Uined wedding

I booked them to shoot my wedding Video and paid in full. After the videographer showed up 45 min late, missed the grand entrance and half of the wedding moments I was devastated. I called the company immediatly to tell them I was completely unsatisfied and that I wanted my money back. I described the situatio that had happened to me. They agreed to mail me my $995 back. They said they mailed it to me 4 seperate times. I have never once gotten it. I have never received a call back as promised. My mother has stage 4 cancer and this is probably the last video I would have had of her if I had it! They ruined my wedding and I want my $995 back! Please help!
