Horrible - Brian Regan Tickets

Incredibly unprofessional. Told me I could cancel my order after 48 hours of the seller not responding. Customer service told me that would be 9:15 tonight. I both CALLED and EMAILED at 9:15 to cancel my order and at 11:30 I get an email saying the seller just confirmed AND they were shipping my tickets. Unbelievable! I said i don't want them anymore! Do not use these guys. They have no concept of keeping customers happy so they don't scare them (and others) away. They hang on to sales like leeches.
