Seller Didn't have the Tickets

It's called FRAUD. I purchased tickets on a Monday for a NYC Saturday show. Paid for overnight FEDEX. I don't live in the city, so was anxious to receive the tickets before I headed out on Thursday. I waited almost the 48 hours for seller confirmation before I called StubHub on Wednesday to find that the seller DID NOT HAVE THE TICKETS. The service person tried to get me to hang-up before she cancelled the order, but I refused: WAIT FOR CANCELLATION #. I'm also glad I used Paypal. This is terrible, probably illegal business practice.
