I too ordered 2 dvd's December 3rd and have yet to receive them. Luckily I used a PayPal account and have now put in a dispute with them. That's where I got the phone number. The web site only has email address. I have emailed them 2 times. No one has contacted me yet! I have tried the phone number I got from Paypal several times at different times of the day and all I get is a busy signal. Paypal also has no physical address for them so it is impossible to contact them the regular mail. These movies were a Christmas gift and my daughter was very disappointed.
