Order was accepted, confirmed by email, payment was charged, but merchandise was never sent and website shut down

I ordered a movie from macanimestore.com on August 15. I received an "Order Received" email the same day and an "Order Confirmed" email 2 hours after that. I haven't heard from them since.
I checked the website and the invoice periodically, noting several times that the website was either unavailable or down for construction. During one of the periods of availability, I managed to find and email address for the support department and sent a questioning email to them on October 30th, only to receive no response. I resent the same email on November 20th and have since noted the website to appear completely shut down.
This was a test purchase to gauge the efficiency of the site and apparently it was worth it, but I would still like my money back if at all possible.
