Was promised video or refund several times Got nothing Waiting since 2/03

I ordered a video (Order # 112856 Item #243578689796) from BestPrices in February but never rec'd it. I contacted them many many times & finally got an e-mail instructing me to fax some info to them.

I did this and waited another month (was assured it would be taken care of, pronto). Rec'd nothing & e-mailed and faxed again several more times.

Finally, found this site and used the # given on form. Was assured video would be sent out in a few days but waited weeks. Called, e-mailed, etc. & finally got an e-mail saying I had rec'd a refund on 6/27.

I checked my Paypal, eBay, Half.com and credit card accounts - nothing. I want my money or the video. This is ridiculous.

I've never in my life had so much trouble with any one company before. It's amazing they're still in business.
