Jon Gosselin Productions Lawsuit filed-return of marital funds $180,000 - violation of abitrators award New York

Attorney for Jon Gosselin Productions breach of contract lawsuit with network filed in Maryland where contract was signed to be exclusive employee but broke deal by appearing on other shows and getting paid for interviews not authorized by contract.

Allegations of hacking into E-mail and personal accounts of spouse by intercepting phone calls and on-line accounts in violation of federal wiretap laws. Most of the funds embezzeled from family account was not used to support the eight children but was spent on girlfriend at upscale New York City restaurants and nightclubs.

The new girlfriend has criminal records for DUI and possession of Marijuana and is not a good role model for a father with visitation of the eight children. New allegations of abusing children by taping TV shows and not abiding by labor laws and education code for home schooled children.

Pennsylvania Courts order the return of marital funds only to be used to support the children and not to be blown on strippers, and drugs. Now the children are exposed to bad people and the filing of the child support order is in violation.

Now the attorney representing the case turns out not even to be admitted to the Pensylvania Bar and had to get help from local lawyers. Emergency Petition will leave the funds only for the welfare of the children and not to be expended on unsavory media hyped actions only to put fuel on the already overheated fire of marital acrimony, deceit and trickery.
