False, defamatory information about judges, lawyers and her case published, attempted to deny a visitation to father with terminal brain cancer

Filed grievances against four judges, wrote to the office of the inspector general. FOR WHAT? SHAME ON YOU DEBBIE, YOU WERE NEVER A VICTIM OF ABUSE; MISLEADING STATEMENTS ABOUT your CASE LEAKED TO MEDIA AND NEWSPAPERS AND SUFFOLK COUNTY LEGISLATURE IN 2002; You are part of the reason some judges may be skeptical about claims of abuse. You found a good lawyer, Burke P. To help you after you lost custody of your kids in 1-00; he did it for free because you did not have money and got them back in 11 ; you never paid him; you defaulted on your promissory note to Burke P. For his fee, and he died a poor man after giving his "ALL" FOR YOUR CASE.

The facts: After you moved to Oklahoma out of state, you refused to come back to Suffolk County after being told to do so by the Courts. This is called violation of an order. You could have been sentenced to jail. After violating an order, the courts gave custody to your ex. THEN AFTER YOUR LAWYER MADE A DEAL TO GET THE CHILDREN BACK, ALTHOUGH YOUR EX WAS SICK, YOU TRIED TO DENY HIM VISITATION WITH THE CHILDREN.

You threatened your supposed friend with exposure over the internet if she disclosed that you had refused to re - pay her. What kind of a person are you? Did you also threaten to ruin Burke P.'s reputation if he sued you for his fee? Is this how you operate?

You expect Judges to listen to you after you moved out of state and took those children away from a dying father. Whether your ex father-in-law wrote a letter or your brother-in-law wrote a letter or your neighbor wrote a letter, your ex may have just been the better parent and more likely to facilitate visitation between the children and you than you were to facilitate visitation between the children and him. What did you do when you got custody back? You tried to deny your ex visitation AND DRAGGED HIM BACK TO COURT.

You are trying to ruin judge's reputations by writing about them and all this internet stuff. Well shame on you. You have nothing to lose and are judgment proof, so you can continue to impugn everyone's reputation because you know you cannot be sued.

YOU watched as certain members of your group rummaged through the garbage of the spouse's of members. Weren't you worried about the effect on their children? Is it only to make a name for yourself that you continue to write ridiculous articles to the media?

You are financially devastated because you chose to move to Oklahoma.

Next time, do not move, and the Suffolk Courts will not order you to come back. You lucked out and got your children back. It is time to move on. You are not entitled to any money that your ex inherited from his ex father-in-law.

NOTHING IS GOING TO BE DONE IN YOUR CASE BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING TO DO. Nothing happened except you removed your children from New York State without the permission of the children's father.
