Ridiculous situation

Ha! This can be a laugh! I'm still awaiting my Kings Of Leon seats due to their show in the O2 Industry and that I understand to get a proven fact that they've been already launched as my buddy who arranged straight from Ticketmaster has obtained his seats at hand. And so I attempt to contact their "hotline" constantly but there's no solution whatsoever. After about 20 unsuccessfull attempts I eventually cope with this excessively rude annoying young girl who'd simply no details about my seats and wound up holding up the telephone on me! Should you examine their site they've a "beware" area caution people against boasts nevertheless it is actually window-dressing because they continue sc*mming people. I've approached me charge card company (Natwest) who've explained when the seats don't appear until following the show then I will declare my cash back.
