Livenation customer support stinks!

I had bought The Fray tickets from livenation.com and my order had said "2 CD w / Purchase 2 Tkts" I didn't receive anything so I decided to call and ask.

Every time I called, they would ask for my info and say "we'll call you back." I never got a call back or response so I called again, same answer from their customer care " we'll call you back" Still no response on my CD situation.

After a month I finally got 1 CD in the mail. I called to ask why I only got one and they replied with " the order was for one cd only" when my invoice clearly indicated 2! I never got my 2nd CD.

Don't buy from these ripoff idiots!!
