Ripped me off for tickets and Rolling Stone Magazine

I too have been scammed by these scumbags, they are trying to stick me with tickets to an event that while trying to purchase there was an error message. I went through the purchase process, entering the CC # and then an error message, after a second unsuccessful try I was transferred to their "partner" site, Ticketmaster. They merged and are the same entity! Well the third try, this time on TM, I received a confirmation and I thought thats that. Oh no, I checked my email box the next day and lo and behold, all three transactions went through and were charged to my CC. I called a couple of days later when I had time to sit on hold and after being transferred three times, after telling my whole story of course and they said that there is no phone service for livenation only online. Well I emailed them and got two cut and paste responses telling me that all purchases are final and they can't/won't do anything about it.
