RIPOFF Sent me faulty DVD's that were recorded off of TBS

I was dumb enough to order from a company named "PlanetDVD store" which can be found here: http://www.planetdvdstore.com/

They had a complete series of DVD's for the show "Ed" with Tom Cavanagh for $70.00. So I ordered this as a birthday present for my boyfriend. When the package finally arrived, it was from CHINA with no return address (even the post office was a little tiffed about this). Upon getting the DVD set home, we found that there were cd sleeves with homemade dvd's inside of a plastic VHS container. We tried playing the dvd's in two different dvd players, a playstation 3 and a playstation 2. Finally it KIND OF worked in the playstation 2. The dvd's would play for a couple of seconds in the playstation 2 and then it would skip to later scenes of the show. It was also HORRIBLE quality and they had been recorded off of the tv station "TBS".

The website has no phone number or address to "contact" anyone. I have filled out multiple contact us forms and emailed here: planetdvd123@gmail.com with no response from anyone. They claim to have a 100% guarantee return policy, but no way to return anything.
