Sold Me A Used Playstation 3 And Wont Return It Sold me a used Playstation 3 and wont return it

I bought a new playstation 3 only to find out there was a used one inside the box when i got home. There was no controller either. Wal-mart's store manager and district manager will not even research anything to find out that someone has swapped that playstation and not me. I was accused of changeing the playstation. They will not check their security camera or even if someone has returned that box once before. My cousin was with me when i purchased this and he used his discount card. The store manager said while he rejected my claim that he would fire my cousin. Sure enough the next day my cousin was fired. The system also has picture of a few kids on it as the previous owner had left these pictures on the system. Now i have a used system that does not play games and my cousin has no job.
