Jonas brothers passcode sale rip off internet

Joining the Jonas brs. Website is the biggest rip off ever. I thought I learned my lesson last year, I guess not. They have automatic renewal, but now they offered more tix and a cheaper price if you renewed your membership now. The only problem is you need that dam presale code/which they wont release till the day the tix go on the actual pre=sale. See, that makes no sense to me/i paid my money ahead of time, why dont they release the code/i cant use it any earlier on ticketmaster. So what happens? The site crashes, cant get anything, my girls are devastated, and I have zip.

I went directly to ticketmaster, enrolled all over again as a member at the higher price, and by that time, all tix were gone. The kicker to all this is, for four days prior, I kept on trying to contact the fan club website "contact us" area, forget it / every time you time in your question and hit send, it goes to white screen, nothing gets sent. So now i have to wait till the site calms down to see if i can go to the section that says cancel membership/if not, im contacting my cc company because in my eyes, this is just a complete ripoff. If i had the code at least, i could have been trying at 10 A.M. Like everyone else / This was just a blantant RIP OFF!!
