(gonna be) they cashed my check a day after cancelling my contract, unable to get refund

A talent agency lady came up to us at the Northridge Mall and we went to the agency, they said our son would be perfect for tv, to make a long story short. This all happen on a friday night, they convinced us of course we got the small package to start which was about 3 to 4 thousand dollars.

We gave a small deposit of 325.00 ck and I asked the director that if the check would be cashed soon just in case he said no it takes a while. So we went home I just had a really bad feeling about all this so on Saturday right the next day I went to give the cancellation request to them and I asked if I can get my check that I had just gave, they said that the accounting guy was not there and only him knows were they are and that they would mail with out it being cashed so I trusted them and never put a stop payment.

Well they ending cashing it. They make my car & student loan bounce, and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone, I call daily all I get are voic mails. If someone can help please call me... I know its not that much money but now a days its alot...
