Quick to take money out of account never received dvds

On february 24th i ordered two movies from these guys and money was taken as soon as submit button was pushed but after two weeks of sending emails about the whereabouts of our movies we have yet to receive any kind of response and we now feel that we are out 40.00 dollars. We cant even find a contact number or any correct information on how to contact these so called business people. Something has got to be done about these internet companies that take our money and dont deliver what they are advertising it is unfair and unjust.
