Deceptive advertising and selling pratices. You will Not get what you order

I purchased 400 movies that were advertised with these quotes directly from the website. "Brand new DVD movies with no duplicates, " "These DVD's retail for $10 to $15 each." I received 30 to 50 years old "B" movies with titles that I have never heard of. 95 percent of the "Stars" in the movies were deceased or unknown. These movies were not resalable.

Also purchased as termed on my receipt, "Case Lot of 50 DVD's with New Releases and No Duplicates." I received movies released from 1949 to 1998 and included Laurel & Hardy, Abbott & Costello and more "unknown stars, " movies.

The last of my purchase was "Billed" as "10 Brand New/New Release ONLY DVDs." Eight (8) of these were released in 2008 the other two were 2007 and none of the movies were hit movies that would resell very well.

This extremely deceptive advertising is unfair and just plain wrong!
