Selling Copy Righted Material. Stolen Videos From Producer That Passed Away. Disguisting!

Rex Butcher and the web site http://www.rockin-roxanne.com are selling copyrighted material that is stolen from a deceased individual. The family that owns the rights to this material is shocked that Rex, as a fan of female wrestling has used his collection to sell material that was never filmed by him or any of his employees. The class action suit against Rex stems from his days selling the same type of material on Ebay.

Rex Butcher needs to be stopped and the family of the deceased producer wants to sue Mr. Butcher for all damages running an illegal pirated, documented business on Ebay for several years and now on his own web site. This web site just rushes out copied (burned) illegal copies of Judell Du Long, Triumph Studios and many many more companies that may or may not be legitimate.

All I want is for Rex Butcher to cease and desist from selling this material, before a judge in court does. Its a matter of time, but Rex has pushed the limits by promoting copy righted material on you tube and several message boards to gain attention, free marketing, and as much traffic as he sees fit to sell his illegal copied material.
