Wedding dj who is fraudulant! Thief dishonest ripoff

My Fiancee and I hired under contract Above the Rest Entertainment in May for our wedding on the 22nd of July.

Both Mr. Lara and I signed the contract and I paid in full the future services of Above the Rest Entertainment.

My fiancee and I tried several times prior to our wedding date to make contact with Mr. Lara. He would not and did not respond to any calls!

The 21st of July I then had to hire a different DJ for our wedding, we had to pay out an additional $695.00 for this replacement DJ to perform our wedding reception entertainment. We have a signed contract, copy of the endorsed and cashed bank check signed by both Eric and Samantha Lara.

We had to hire an attorney to collect monies owed for failure of service, our attorney sent a letter requesting payment of non-services per the contract, but Mr. And Mrs. Eric Lara have to this day failed to respond.

We have filed a complaint also with the Better Business Bureau. We want full payment and we will not stop until we receive it!
