This Individual has a knack for getting investors to put thier money up for his fake movie projects:

He gets a trailer made and pitches that is movie is about to be released

Hence the word "Co Producer"

I have interviewed actors, managers, producers, and non industry people that have had dealings with him and they all stated!

"Jon Divens is without a doubt a shady individual!
And a very good scam artist! He is out to take ever dime he can from you."

I've personally spoke with 2 attorneys from the Warner lot who are also associates to find out who Jon Divens is!

He had also approached 2 of my business partners for investments. After showing them a fraudulent credit report. We did a financial & background check and discovered he was in fact a fraud.

Another fact is that he is in no in any way affilated with Warner Bros He's had been given notice to cease and dimis from using the Time Warner "name and or logo.
(Another part of his scam to make people think that he is legitimate.)

Let it be known to everyone in the industry this individual is not to be trusted! I've recently searched public records and Jon Divens has over 1,0000.00 dollars in judgements against him!

Because hes an attorney an seems to think he can file a defamation lawsuit Again public records show that not to be true!

The reason he won't file is because theres to many people that will verify that hes has taken them for thousands as well!

After speaking to higher ups in the industry Jon Divens has been formally "black balled"
