I recently placed an order for Nationwide Disc to Duplicate CDs for me. Their site promises an exact copy of what you send them. However that is not the case. Upon receiving the copies we noticed that the overall sound was different, it just didn't have the quality it had before. We ran it through a sound analyzer and found out that the disc was 2.8db lower than the original disc we sent them. I called Nationwide Disc and they said they would look into the problem and call me back that night. After 4 days of me making additional phone calls I received and email (not a call) saying that " it's a purely technical process" and there is no way the disc was changed in any way and they offered to send my original discs back.

I received my "original disc" only to notice that it was not in fact what I sent them, they had just copied the disc they messed up and sent it to me so they could show that it was an exact copy.

Upon calling them again to discuss this, I learned that Nationwide Disc doesn't actually duplicate the CD in house, the outsource it, in fact they don't seem to sure of what the actual process is.

From the beginning this company was a problem, we had issues with their templates, their printer and in the end the duplication. When you see Nationwide Disc's great prices advertised online, I would definitely stay away.in this case, you really do get what you pay for.
