GSA/SBA EXSPRESS they have been taking money out of my account after i told them i was just ordering the free disc for $1.95 they have taken $29.95 out twice and 5.95 twice and $7.95 once California internet

When i decided to order the disc for $1.95 i told them i just wanted the disc an thats all, and it said that i had 30 days to check it out and did not see all the other charges that have been popping up on my bank statement they have taken $29.95 x 2 = $59.90 an $7.95 x 2 = $15.90 an $5.95 = $81.75 i wish to have all this rembursed to me with a letter of apoligy asap
