Nxlevel Entertainment seems to have a history of throwing parties, selling presale tickets which guarantee entry, yet not following through or refunding money.

After attending their Annual White Party of 2008 and purchasing a $20 presale ticket with guaranteed entry. I was forced to stand outside for hours and experience a hostile enviroment from their security guards which sprayed mace at the entire line of females for no apparent reason. Also shooting in the air at what was suppose to be an upscale event.

Eventually officers arrived which caused security to abandon their savage tactics. They then decided the building had reached capacity and refused entry to the hundreds of people who had already purchased tickets. The police as well as NxLevel reps said that we would be able to receive a refund.

After countless calls and messages to Nxlevel my call was never returned. They then called only 100 people back and returned their refunds. As I mentioned earlier there were way more than 100 people outside.

After running into a Nxlevel rep, he later messaged me and said I could get into 1 or 2 parties free, but he could not return my money. This was not an option especially after what I had endured while outside of their other party. Once again I failed to receive any response concerning getting my money back. After speaking with several people this seems to be an ongoing trait with Nxlevel and their parties.
