I am a former employee of Topshelf Entertainment. The CEO/Manager Cindy, is no more than a low grade pimp. She only cared about herself and her cut of the money. For starters, she would send girls on their own with no security or bouncers to these log cabins often on dirt roads in the middle of no where that often had no cell phone reception. Cindy works from home 10am to 7 pm talking on the phone arranging parties from clients who book girls on her website. The parties are scheduled to start anywhere from 9 pm to 2am. Cindy always turned off her phone at 7pm and told the girls to never call her after hours. Well with these late night parties anything could go wrong. Cindy never once told us to be careful or use good judgement about the safety of the crowds at the parties. She brainwashed all the girls into making them work these parties under any and all circumstances. The parties were dangerous with anywhere from 10 to 300 people, 2 entertainers and no security for the girls. I was punched in the eye at a frat party and when I brought it to Cindy's attention her response was " I don't want to hear about it, it's your fault" and she refused to pay my doctor bill. Cindy is a low life person who does not care about the safety of others. All she cares about is making her cut if the money. I hope someone will benefit from this and stay away from her dangerous business. I had to learn the hard way.
