Can't get my name removed

I've NO IDEA how these folks got my title etc., nevertheless when they approached me to express that their price was rising, I insisted they eliminate my title and stop any membership they said I'd. A few weeks later, I obtained a restoration card for Great Enjoyment. I actually donot need the product/support and also have told them-so. Sadly, they proceed to "instantly" cost my charge card. I notice I am not alone having issues speaking with this particular organization.
