I used 3 hours planning round after round with one of these jerks a week ago looking to get a "account" ended and my charge card acknowledged. I'd been spending money on the "support" for 4 weeks. Used to donot spot the costs till I obtained my March CC declaration. The corporation is just a group of out-and-out thieves and they do not care. But after all of the suffering, stress, being hung-up on and stop, they'd the audacity to deliver me a membership card and and associate number.
