They NEVER showed up to my wedding and won't give me my money back!

This company was supposed to DJ at my wedding on Sept. 22. They NEVER showed up, leaving me (8 months pregnant at the time) without music, my song choices, my first dance song, etc. (Mind you, they sent me a form to fill all this out). EMBARRASSMENT is not the word!!! My wedding started an hour and a half late as we scrambled to fine somebody's ipod to try to play over the loud speaker. No one from this company called with an explanation of any kind. When my mom tried to call them over and over again, no one answered the phone or the cell phone # they gave her. Finally, she got in contact with them the next day and they said it was the guy's fault who they hired!

Now, I would not even be writing this accept that this company, REFUSES to pay me back the $400 that I paid UP FRONT for them to show! My mom has contacted them a dozen times and just yesterday they had the nerve to say, 'Stop harrassing us'! And they BLOCKED her calls!!! They ripped us off and stole our money and we want it back! I can't ever get back that day... But I never thought in a million years that I wouldn't be able to get back my own money!!! I'm not even asking for extra. Just pay me back the $400 I gave you!!! I am outraged!
