Charged me repeatedly when I never finished signing up

This company is a fraud. I started to sign up but NEVER finished the sign up process. They started charging me the highest rate every month and didn't stop even after I told them I never finished signing up and never used their service. I have to switch bank accounts so they can't keep charging me. WARNING: Don't give them any numbers!
