Aeg Live Paid for a VIP Ticket for Ozzy Osborne / Rob Zombie concert Got ripped off aeglive.com

I paid $333.00 each for two tickets (mine and my sons) and VIP status. We were to meet with Ozzy Osborne before the concert and party with him about two hours before.

We even received an e-mail reminding us to be at the Staples Center for 6.15pm (concert was at 8.00pm).

We received instead a bag with old Ozzy shit from other years and was "allowed" to buy some merchandise early, that was all we got. The standard price for the same ticket was $99.00, what did I pay the extra $231, to get the shaft apparently.

I contacted them multiple times and only ever got one e-mail promising to look into the problem, nothing else ever.

This is a ripoff or major proportions because they did this to a lot of other people to.

AEG Live should be banned from promoting events if they are going to commit fraud like this.
