Westinghouse poor quality TV and terrible customer service - Westinghouse LED TV

Our 46" LED from Westinghouse died after 8 months. After sending it back to them we heard nothing, and they ignored my e-mails until I posted on their FB page. Theysaid it could not be fixed and offered me a 24" and 40" with only a 90 day warranty, less than the original period! I decided on a refund and they said it would take 4 months! When I contacted the Better Business Bureau Westinghouse moved it up a month, but then I got a letter from BBB saying that Westinghouse had moved it back to the original date! Still waiting for the check, no TV since October.
