I purchased DVD's from naxpmedia, $125 worth. They sent shipping address to UPS but the item never shipped. I sent them a very threatening email saying I was going to call my credit card company and report a fraudulent charge report. The next day I checked the shipping status and what do you know, They were shipped. I received my items. So the key is to:
