Naxpmedia Videos are burned and not even the right shows, poor quality like a tape of a tape off televison Says Miami, Florida But Shipped From Hawaii Internet

I ordered a television series box set from their website which looked legitimate. I waited weeks and weeks. When the dvds arrived they are cheap burnt reproductions which I believe are illegal. What's worse is the box and cd labels appear to be the show I ordered but when I play them it comes up badly distorted versions of the Carol Burnett Show which is NOT what I ordered.
