They tell me that two years ago I bought some tickets at Ticketmaster and agreed to a cash discount which enrolled me in their program which has meant two years of $9/month billings for a service I got no notices from or usage of. I don't doubt they informed me in small print of this eventuality but when you are ordering tickets you don't really concentrate on this sort of service and the implications. I called to cancel - but only found their phone number from the complaint (thanks) as American Express does not have a number for them which is unusual.
I am sure busy people do what I did all the time and pay and pay and pay.
They say they have a no refund policy but will be refunding me for 4 months. I will take my complaint to American Express and Ticket Master.
