Ticket Master / Entertainment Rewards
Ticket Master affiliated with Entertainment Rewards, a company that through a misinforming link will set up an account to charge a 7.00 fee without your consent!

I have been using ticketmaster for some time now and a few months ago I purchased tickets online. There was a link for a discount for the next purchase so I clicked to see what it was, I did not agree to anything, I never sign up to any special saving things! Well, I was looking at my bank statement and i noticed a charge of 7.00 every month from a company called Entertainment Rewards. When I called they were very rude, I proceeded to try and get some answers to where they had found my info and debit info, I was surprised to hear they were affiliated with ticketmaster.

They refused to refund my money, saying there is a disclaimer I am a smart girl and there was no indication that I was signing up to this program when I went to that link!!! I finally got them to agree to cancel and refund my money, (However I called a second time to be sure and the second person said there was only a 7.00 refund scheduled!) I have at least 3 charges of 7.00! I did some investigating and it turns out that there are hundreds of people reporting fraud from this company! All posts online had exactly the same experience I had.

When someone is purchasing tickets through ticketmaster, and there is a discount offer the link should bring you to a page that clearly spells out that the discount is a program and that it is 7.00 a month! This is the biggest rip off i have ever had! I can"t believe ticket master would allow this company to steal from us!!!
