Disc #5 in the 5 disc DVD set of Railway Journeys was defective. Called their 800 number (which is no longer connected) on Friday August 24th and was promised that something would be done. But, no specifics. I believe company policy is to tell the customer anything just to get rid of them, because the company does not plan to do anything.
