No Merchandise But Paid For It Quebec

I ordered a Quincy Tv Box set over the internet for my husbands birthday. I got confirmation that it was shipped and I would get it between this day and this day. But it never reached me. I emailed and they emailed back saying that there was a shipping delay and I will get it in a week or two. Nothing came.

So I thought I would investigate and I found this website and read some simular issue with this company. There was a response to one of them and it says to email this person to investigate the problem. So I did and he said he would look into it.

Well I didnt hear from him after that. I emailed and said I will give you a week to find out what went on with my order and then if nothing is resolved then I want my mastercard refunded. I received an email and he said he would look into it. Well its been 3 weeks now. So I doubt I will get any response.

I order this on July 16 and now its september. I'm very disapointed because my husband was very excited about this and now we are out 100 dollars and no merchandise. Happy Birthday Hunny.
