Barona Valley Ranch Resort and Casino Scott Kidd made me work X-Mas Eve, X-Mas morning then fired me

I call Scott Kidd and say "I'm scheduled to work on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Night, and Christmas Morning. I am the restaurant manager with the most senority, why is this happening?"

He replies "Work those shifts, and we will make it up to you with extra days off."

I close the restaurant Christmas Eve, I OPEN Christmas morning, I can not see my family. I am thinking Scott Kidd will take care of me.

Two days later— I get fired. No severance, no compensation for vacation pay. No vacation pay paid out, just fired. NO REASON!!!

I am also the most educated restaurant manager with my MBA. Fuk Barona's management. If the union comes and asks you to sign— SIGN!!! Is Clifford LaChapa still the Tribal Chief? Because they are a bunch of drunks with more money than they can handle.
