On March 25 I tried to fly from Tallahassee, Florida to Miami, Florida on an Internet ticket purchased from Delta.com. The agent refused the ticket stating to me that this ticket had already been used. According to the rules of this ticket, the ticket can only be used for the dates and time issued.

The agent made me buy a full fare ticket to return to Miami on the 25th of March. This has happed to me three times with Delta Internet tickets. The agents refused to honor the tickets or they claim that they cannot find them in the system.

I feel like Delta should reimburse me the $127.50 for the full fare ticket that I was forced to buy and give me a free round trip ticket for my trouble. I have several Internet tickets that I have purchased directly from Delta that I cannot use. Someone has made an error in this manner.

After I wrote this letter Delta promised to refund the $127.50 to me. I never got the refund that they promised me on May 07. Thay want correct this proble. I have written 8 letters about this problem. They ripped me off!!!
