Rip off, dishonest, no contact for months Seattle Washington

Art Primo has always been my #1 choice in art supplies for me. I always buy from them and reffered all my friends to them because their prices are good and reliable.

But lately I have been receiving incomplete orders from them. One time a product I ordered from them was on backorder. So I was ok with it. But it was taking to long for my order to arrive. So I contact them and they sent it out a lil after. So I was thinking to myself. What if I never emailed them. Would they have sent my product? Or were they hoping I forgot?

I have to constantly email and ask them if they have shipped my items. This time I received no response. I received my order but did not receive the 100 pk NY thins I ordered.
So I emailed them and no response 4 month after. Still waiting.

I wish I didnt have to go this far but seems like I have to let someone know in case this happens to them also.

I have been patiently waiting for a response at least and nothing.

And yes Ive checked my spam and junk folders and nothing.

I have their automated receipts so I know I am able to receive mail from them.
