Ignored us, tried 4 wks to reserve day for daughters party lied to us, told me we wheren't as important as other customers

Around the beginning of January I contacted this company about having a party for three hours it was going to be $300 at the farm, Tammy told me the price had went up and asked what I had seen the advertised price at I told her $100 but since I saw the price at $100 she would give it to us for that price (I had checked that day to see how much it had gone up and she didn't change it yet) and told me she would be sending a contract by email to me the next day because she had pneumonia,

Two days after I checked again and she finally changed it, we started calling and emailing again about 4 days of not getting the contract my husband called and asked why we had not gotten the contract the husband told him they went to a auction and he would give the information to Tammy,

Then another 4 days went by and I emailed them and finally contacted Tammy again she said she was sorry and that she is still to sick to do anything I guess not sick enough to go to a auction for more animals she said I would be getting it that night,

Again a week goes by of me emailing and calling I contact her again she tells me that a big company is wanting their service and not that I am not important but it was worth $220,000 so she needed to tend to them first and that right when she gets home she will send the contract and if I don't get it to call in the morning, my husband and I got home about 5 hours after calling her and I checked the email and no contract,

The next morning I try calling and they never answered I tried for 2 days after that, and then I decided to see if she was trying to ignore us and I created a new screen name and sent a email to them to see if they would send a response about 2 hours later I got a answer but no answer to my other screen name that they do have,

My husband finally got them and told them we didn't appreciate how we where treated and they didn't seem to even care, I had no problem paying the new price of $450, if I wouldn't have had a second plan for my 2 year old birthday party she wouldn't of had a birthday party they would have ruined it, I don't want anyone to go through this so we decided to contact you
