This company is a total rip off. I ordered elmo lollipops for my sons birthday party. My first tip off should have been that they were offering a great price but I placed the order anyway. A few days later I never received a confiming email for my order however I was charged for the order through pay pay so I figured everything was received.
A week or so after placing the order I began calling the company. No one EVER answers the phone. One time I actually received a recording and was able to leave a message but of course no one ever called me back.
I sent numerous emails and of course only received a response once. At that time I was apologized to and told that their messages to me probably went to spam. I was again asked when I needed the order and what it was for.
Lets see... When i placed the order I asked them to attach ribbon stating "* 1st birthday" DUH - what is it for? But I did respond to the email within a minute of receiving it by answering their question and asking if my order would be received by my party. Of course no response.
So needless to say it is two days before the party and I still have not spoken to anyone or received my product and I had to run out and purchase something else at double the price from somewhere else. I am currently disputing the charge through pay pal.
Do not fall for this companys great prices. It ashame that someone has to take advantage of people that are trying to celebrate such a happy event.
