NETFLIX ripoff, faulty DVDs, No refund or partial refund, over priced Internet

The first three weeks netflix was OK but I wouldn't say great! After that I started getting damaged DVDs that I couldn't even watch because my DVD player wouldn't play them! They started taking longer and longer to mail, they won't give a refund or a partial refund! They can give all the rebuttals they want but the truth is the truth and as time goes on they will loose more and more customers. They don't have anything on. Has been around a lot longer and I'm sure along with other movie rental businesses will be here long after netflix is gone! That's just the way business works! You don't wrong your customers!
