ExtremeTix.com ripoff Extremely Dishonest Charged my card twice without authorization fraudulent billing practices, staff telling me we should pay for product not received

Purchased tickets to the Griffith Observatory through their system. Their system posted a double charge. They refuse to refund, their staff is very rude. I have talked with 3 people within their company and none are helpful. I will not return to the Griffith Observatory because of this situation.
