Themeg84 On Ebay Purchased an original DVD on Ebay that was a knockoff and would not play. Ripoff

Purchased an original Barney's Colorful World Live! (DVD) on Ebay Item number: 9124464235. When I received it, I noticed the label on the disc had been printed off centered and the case was not the original Purple cover. The insert inside the case was a reprint on photo paper.

I tried playing disc on 2 computers w DVD players and 2 standard Region 1 DVD video players. It would not play and showed unknown format on screen.

I did get it to play on a region free DVD player, but the voices were out of sync with the characters.

I emailed themeg84@bendbroadband.com and asked for a total refund due to it being a bad knockoff. She replied I could get a refund but had to pay shipping both ways.

I felt since it was a fake that Megan Beardsley should refund my Paypal account the total purchase price. I was not going to pay shipping both ways and end up without a DVD.

I purchased this originally to give to my neighbors, their child had broken theirs. Seller had decent feedback until I noticed quite a few others getting knockoffs or questionable DVD's.
