RipOff Ebay seller. Won't replace or give full refund

I ordered 3 DVDs, "The Adladdin Trilogy" from Derek Camp on Ebay. I paid for them via PayPal. I also paid for insurance. Well I got the set and one of the DVD's didnt play well as well as on of the cases being crushed. There was a not inside the case saying to contact the seller for replacement before leaving any negative feedback.

Ok so I contact the seller asking him what he intended to to about the problem before I left feedback. He replied he would replace the disk and I could use the new case to replace the crushed one. I was delighted with this and wrote him back saying that was great and I was going to leave him very good feed back.

Well weeks went by and no replacement. I sent him a email and he said he wouldnt deal with me as I was trying to use negatve feedback as an extortion scheme.

Well you could have knocked me down with a sledge hammer. I demmanded a full refund but the only way he would give it to me was to ship all of the DVDs and the cases at MY OWN Expense. This is almort as much as the set is worth.

I want this guy to either give me a FULL refund (shipping included) or replace the defective DVD and case as he promised.

There are several complaints about this Ebay seller for the same thing. I wish I had read them before I ordered from him.

BEWARE of this seller and thank goodness for the RIP OFF REPORT. Now millions will see what a rip off Derek Camp is.
